For 60 seconds every day, focus intently on seeing/imagining yourself happy and joyful. Feel the relief that all is well in your life.
For just 60 seconds. That is all it takes. That is all I ask.
If you cannot at this time feel the relief, do not worry yourself. Solely focus on picturing in your thoughts (imaging), yourself being happy. If that is you jumping up and down or just laughing or a finding a quiet solitude of joy, it doesn’t not matter. The point is for you to do this for 60 seconds every day.
Do not focus on a specific result. Just enjoy while doing the exercise.
Of course you may do this exercise as many times per day as you like. I AM only asking for you to commit to one time per day for only 60 seconds.
